Her favorite aspect of the physician-patient relationship is collaborating with her patients to maintain their good health. She started many initiatives including PillBox review which has been quite helpful to patients in understanding their medications.

She believes that building trust by taking the time to listen to her patients' concerns and needs is an important component of patient care. Sometimes her patients affectionately call her Dr. M&M. She has a special interest in preventive care and patient education.

As a service in the area of community patient education, she is also available to participate in community services and speak on Community Health Topics with prior schedule.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family.
