Meredith Eley, MS, RD, LDNMeredith is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Lifestyle Educator and a member of the American Dietetic Association, specializing in clinical dietetics and nutrition. Meredith considers nutrition a major component of preventive medicine. Her true passion lies in helping patients prevent and improve chronic disease through lifestyle change. As an educator she shares the values of Heal n Cure in which the relationship between the practitioner and the patient is central to optimal outcomes. Meredith is a positive and motivating individual with a strong background in counseling as well. Patients find Meredith to be very caring and thoughtful as she guides them through Therapeutic Lifestyle changes. She will be an asset to you on your journey to achieving optimal health. |
