What is Their Secret to Longevity?
- Diet. Each bluezone nutrition plan contains mostly vegetables and healthy fats, with smaller amounts of dairy and meat products. They consume practically no processed foods.
- Rest. Bluezone populations enjoy restorative sleep and short naps. These moments of rest refuel them with positive energy.
